Be more consistent and systematic in your donor outreach so that you can more easily build better relations with your donors
Join me to set up healthy routines to build strong relations with your donors. In just 7 days you will work on your systems and approach towards donors. And you will implement and plan simple, short, repeatable actions.
- NMap your current donors for easier analysis and outreach
- NAudit your communication platforms and start with simple actions to improve your online presence
- NDevelop different types of messages for current and prospective donors
- NTrack outreach to current and new donors
- NLook for a (new) donor that might be a good match for a project you want to do
- NEngage with your current and prospective donors (and keep track of that!)
- NAnd … learn from other nonprofits in the closed Facebook group for members of the Focus Action Week!

In 25+ years of working in and for nonprofits in different roles I have seen that it is really hard for most nonprofits to approach fundraising as an ongoing task and to work on it in a systematic way.
