In our 8-day coaching week for leaders of nonprofit teams we will work on:
- NEnhancing team cohesion through effective team meetings
- NMotivating your team members
- NEnsuring the team is aligned with your nonprofit’s values
- NConducting a diversity audit of your team
- NAddressing unwanted behaviour in the team
- NDealing with adversity, like a funding gap
- NHandling challenges of being a nonprofit leader
- NBoosting team spirit by planning relevant celebrations
We will discuss all this (and probably more) in our members only Coaching Week Facebook group where you can learn from other nonprofits, too!

I am Barend Barentsen. I am a professor of Labour Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands. It is my mission to make my students as passionate about labour law as I am.
I have always liked sharing knowledge. Especially regarding topics that I am enthusiastic about.
